Testimonial from Tony, on relationships
I cannot begin to thank you enough for saving me I know that sounds drastic. But I really did it is my first time ever talking to a therapist, a life coach, a true friend. She helped me confront issues that I was having with my insecurities and through it, it really strengthened the bond my wife and I have. Her help strengthened us so much that we are now expecting our second child, a rainbow baby. Thank you so much for what you did for me. I highly recommend to get your life a little dose of Taylored Living.

Work and Life Balance Coaching
From experience with many other high achievers, I've learned that importance of exploring foundational beliefs views of self-worth, along with creating more boundaries, and learning effective communication skills. We will explore each of these topics in depth, apply and review in real time, and create change in our lives. By the end of our time together, you will notice more happiness in your relationship, relief in your work life, and a sense of peace all around.
Since breaking up is hard to do, I help you stand confidently in your decision to end the relationship ... or not. Sometimes we're unsure if we're just giving up on the relationship, and other times we're aware the relationship is not for you, but saying the words are hard. I've helped clients at the beginning of their break up, as well as, through the break up process. In the sessions I helped them to clear up any misconceptions, to identify what they need in their next relationship, and feel content while adjusting to single life.

About Coach Taylore
Taylore Mountain was born in Germany to US Army parents. Her family lived in Europe for a few years before moving back to the States. For a short time, Taylore lived in Oklahoma before moving to Northern Virginia. Taylore had an older sister who passed away over 25 years ago. Since then she has made it her mission to understand life, make the most of it, and help others find happiness in their lives despite what may happen.
Upon high school graduation, Taylore had ambitions of being in the medical field. But after a visit to a bed in breakfast in Washington, DC, she knew hospitality was a better fit. Taylore attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland and studied Psychology then attended East Carolina University where she received her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. While different from her hospitality dreams, she knew these adventures were all going to make sense in time.
For a few years, family therapy was Taylore’s main focus...then life happened and she lost her job. While she figured out her next move, she used that time to discover a better fitting career. For the time she was unemployed she substituted as a dance instructor in the DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) area, was an assistant for an after school program coordinator, and spent time with family. Ironically, when Taylore landed a job in the medical field, she knew quickly that career path was far from the work she wanted to do. The best way she knew to make a transition was to go to school.
In 2015, Taylore was accepted into DePaul University’s Master’s in Hospitality Leadership & Operational Performance program. By the grace of God, Taylore found a job at the University and took the leap to tackle the MBA degree. In 2018, she received her Master’s in Business Administration with concentrations in Hospitality Leadership and Entrepreneurship. Ultimately Taylore would like to own and run multiple bed and breakfasts, ballroom and tap dance, host board game nights, and travel the world with friends and family.
Taylore’s story has many ups and downs with several twisted paths thrown in there, but her faith kept her positive that everything will work out. She believes that all experiences help us to be better people, and we can use our story to help others. Change is inevitable and growth is necessary. With her experience, outlook, and quirky personality, Taylore wants to help you live a life that is Taylored to you.
